Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them. To start a return, contact us with your order number.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Exchanges
If you received a defective or damaged item, contact us and we will arrange a replacement or exchange at no additional cost.
Return Shipping
Unless the item arrived defective or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
